Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts.
- Operate shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical components.
Requirements
- Some experience in general maintenance and surface preparation.
- Basic knowledge in air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up and down stairs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Driver’s License.
