- Strong understanding of the startup and scale-up ecosystem and their unique hiring challenges.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies, automation tools, and sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic advice.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
