Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process payroll for employees across multiple EMEA countries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Manage payroll-related queries and provide support to employees and HR teams.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new payroll systems or updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, with a focus on EMEA payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and labor laws in various European countries.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
