Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide immediate medical assistance.
- Assess patient conditions, stabilize injuries, and administer appropriate basic life support interventions.
- Safely transport patients to healthcare facilities, continuously monitoring vital signs and patient status.
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and ensure vehicles are fully stocked and ready.
- Accurately document all patient care activities, medical histories, and transport details.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and their families to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) qualification.
- Proficiency in emergency medical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in dynamic environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated physical stamina and capability to lift and move patients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if applicable for ambulance operations).
