Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain legal document databases and ensure safe custody of originals and scanned copies.
  • Review legal documents/contracts and coordinate with lawyers for clarifications.
  • Process routine legal procedural functions under lawyer guidance.
  • Assist in the finalization of agreements by highlighting changes and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Track, monitor, and report job requests, deadlines, and litigation updates.
  • Organize meetings, support travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum University Degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in real estate development, preferably in shopping mall legal administrative matters in GCC.
  • Familiarity with legal document databases and contract review.
  • Ability to coordinate with lawyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures.
