Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement employee experience programs and initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interactions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee journey.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop solutions that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Communicate program updates and successes to employees across the organization.
- Support the development of a strong company culture and employer brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or employee experience roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, empathetic, and passionate about creating a positive employee environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and employee survey platforms is a plus.
