Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes and grievances through mediation and consultation.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with government standards.
- Support management in effectively managing employee performance and conduct issues.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work culture across various government agencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports related to employee relations cases.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial relations legislation and human resource best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to address complex issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work effectively and ethically within a dynamic government environment, often dealing with sensitive matters.

- Relevant experience in human resources or employee relations, preferably within a large organization.
