Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms, conditions, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure all purchasing operations effectively support intelligent infrastructure projects and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
