Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans and procedures for civil engineering projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports, documentation, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Ensure all civil construction activities adhere to international and national quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles within civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
