Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil engineering projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Review and approve materials, construction methods, and work progress on site.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and codes (e.g., ISO, ASTM, BS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficiency in relevant quality management software and tools.
