Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for civil engineering works.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project activities meticulously to ensure full compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams to proactively identify and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring project success.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all QA/QC activities and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience (e.g., 1+ years) in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and QA/QC standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working within a diverse team.
