Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil construction activities for substation sites.
- Ensure all civil works comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil engineering for substation or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software is a plus.
