Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules and plans.
• Monitor and track project progress against established baselines and timelines.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to project management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and other project teams to gather necessary planning data.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure adherence to Petrofac’s project planning standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
