Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily additive manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Implement and optimize additive manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new materials and technologies.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to additive manufacturing equipment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in additive manufacturing operations or related engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of various additive manufacturing technologies (e.g., SLM, FDM, EBM).
• Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
