Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Machine Learning Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Drive the technical roadmap and execution for AI-powered grid resilience software solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to define and deliver features.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of ML systems in production.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and geospatial AI.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a senior leadership role in Machine Learning.
- Strong background in machine learning engineering, including model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
