Requirements

• Proven experience in an engineering leadership or management role, preferably in solutions engineering.
• Strong technical background in Linux operating systems, open-source software, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
