Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international EHS regulations and company standards.
• Investigate all EHS-related incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide comprehensive EHS training and awareness programs to all levels of staff.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an EHS Officer, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Solid understanding of EHS management systems, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and root cause analysis.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensuring workplace safety.
• Relevant EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
