Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting on EOSS (Energy & Optical Sensing Systems) to identify and resolve issues.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for EOSS to ensure continuous operation and system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to analyze system performance data and propose improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for diagnostic procedures and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to field teams on EOSS operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols during all diagnostic and service activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in diagnostic and service roles, preferably within energy or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with EOSS or similar optical/energy sensing technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards in field operations.
