Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting on EOSS (Energy & Optical Sensing Systems) to identify and resolve issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for EOSS to ensure continuous operation and system reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to analyze system performance data and propose improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for diagnostic procedures and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and training to field teams on EOSS operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols during all diagnostic and service activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in diagnostic and service roles, preferably within energy or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with EOSS or similar optical/energy sensing technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in field operations.
