Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Odoo ERP implementations for clients, from initial analysis to go-live.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis and process audits to identify client needs.
  • Configure, customize, and integrate Odoo modules and third-party applications.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Develop and implement customized enhancements to Odoo based on client requirements.
  • Ensure Odoo Accounting localization adheres to Slovak and Czech legislation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an ERP or IT consultant, preferably with Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to configure, customize, and integrate ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and local languages (Slovak/Czech preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
