Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize existing ERP processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of ERP system modules.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and data integrity within the ERP landscape.
- Provide expert support, training, and documentation for ERP users and new functionalities.
- Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to strategic IT projects aimed at leveraging ERP capabilities for business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ERP Process Manager or similar role, preferably with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work both independently and as a vital part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
