Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize existing ERP processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of ERP system modules.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and data integrity within the ERP landscape.
• Provide expert support, training, and documentation for ERP users and new functionalities.
• Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
• Contribute to strategic IT projects aimed at leveraging ERP capabilities for business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ERP Process Manager or similar role, preferably with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Ability to work both independently and as a vital part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
