Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services.
- Evaluate tender documents and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
- Present comprehensive estimates to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator, specifically in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
