Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute Rush-A-Way events from start to finish.
- Manage event logistics, equipment setup, and event flow.
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and marshals.
- Ensure every event is delivered with precision and energy.
- Communicate with clients pre- and post-event to ensure a smooth experience.
- Learn to lead and facilitate high-energy team-building challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in events, operations, coordination, or hospitality.
- Strong spoken English and confident communication skills.
- High energy, strong presence, and a passion for working with people.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced event demands.
- Fast learner with a positive, solutions-driven attitude.
