Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events at Kellotorni.
- Manage comprehensive event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and technical requirements.
- Liaise closely with clients to understand their event needs and ensure seamless delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including restaurant and operational staff.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Ensure all events adhere to strict safety regulations and high-quality service standards.
Requirements
- Proven mid-senior level experience in event management, preferably within hospitality or unique venues.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events concurrently.
- Proficiency in event management software and relevant IT tools.
- Fluency in Finnish and English is highly advantageous for this role.
