Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events at Kellotorni.
  • Manage comprehensive event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and technical requirements.
  • Liaise closely with clients to understand their event needs and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including restaurant and operational staff.
  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Ensure all events adhere to strict safety regulations and high-quality service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven mid-senior level experience in event management, preferably within hospitality or unique venues.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events concurrently.
  • Proficiency in event management software and relevant IT tools.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is highly advantageous for this role.
