Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve event sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities in the events sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure event bookings and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Event Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality and events market in Dubai.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
