BNB Chain is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves spearheading the planning and execution of engaging events that foster community growth and highlight BNB Chain’s innovative blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and execute a wide array of virtual and in-person events, conferences, and meetups for the BNB Chain community.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and timeline adherence.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, community, and developer relations teams to maximize event impact and attendance.
• Develop engaging content and programming for events that resonate with the blockchain and Web3 audience.
• Evaluate event success through data analysis, feedback collection, and post-event reporting.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, event technologies, and competitor activities within the blockchain space.

Requirements

• Demonstrated extensive experience in event management, preferably within the technology or blockchain industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and community-focused environment.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required by event schedules.
