    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for senior executives.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including logistical arrangements and minute-taking.
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Arrange extensive domestic and international travel itineraries and process expense reports.
    • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
