Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with business development activities, research, and client relationship management.
- Oversee office administration, ensuring efficient operations and resource availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably 5 years+.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
