Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to senior management.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data security and accessibility.
- Act as a primary point of contact, liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and company initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role (2 years+).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
