Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support various projects and initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
