Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage extensive national and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing inquiries effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor for interacting with all levels of staff and external contacts.
