Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and extensive travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally at a mid-senior level.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
