Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and assist with project coordination within the private equity firm.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Facilitate efficient workflow and communication within the executive office and across departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a private equity, financial services, or investment management environment (5+ years).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong experience may compensate.
