    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
    • Coordinate and arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Manage incoming communications, screen calls, and direct inquiries as appropriate.
    • Organize and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar high-level administrative role.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
    • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
