Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense report preparation.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and internal/external correspondence with high accuracy.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain efficient office systems, including filing, data management, and document control.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling information as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in an international NGO or similar environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
