Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and facilitate travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
