Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing materials and minute-taking.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations in French and English.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
