Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing communications.
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Assist in project management tasks and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
