Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role (2 Year+).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
