    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to senior leadership.
    • Manage highly complex, dynamic calendars, including multiple time zones and competing priorities.
    • Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
    • Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for executives with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
    • Attend meetings when required, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
    • Minimum 6–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
    • Proven career stability, with 2–3 years tenure in each previous role.
    • Experience working within large organizations or corporate groups.
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
