    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including managing complex calendars and travel logistics.
    • Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and other critical documents.
    • Act as a primary point of contact, liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
    • Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
    • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
    • Support the Chairman with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

    Requirements

    • Proven extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives or Board members.
    • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, with keen attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated professionalism, proactivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
