Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate project resources, schedules, and deliverables to achieve project objectives.
- Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for project-related activities and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent certification in a related field is preferred.
