Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multinational business development strategies in CZ & SK.
- Drive sales performance and expand market share in the CEE region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee and mentor sales and business development teams.
- Develop and implement innovative insurance and reinsurance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in multinational business development or sales.
- Extensive experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
- Fluency in English and local languages (Czech/Slovak) highly advantageous.
