Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with international VIP guests and high-net-worth individuals.

- Support and execute international marketing and promotional initiatives to attract a global clientele.
- Ensure an exceptional and seamless luxury guest experience from pre-arrival to departure.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or international marketing, preferably within a resort or casino environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills, with proficiency in multiple languages highly valued.
- Deep understanding of international guest expectations and diverse cultural nuances.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a discerning clientele.
