Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and handling correspondence with discretion.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events, conferences, and executive-level gatherings.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity for the executive team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
