    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the sale of new vehicles and manage each inquiry in the dealer management system.
    • Ensure seamless customer transactions meeting customer expectations in a timely manner.
    • Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale.
    • Follow documented sales processes, complying with company and legal requirements.
    • Maintain sales operations to desired standards in display and presentation.
    • Comply with security processes for all monies and vehicle assets.

    Requirements

    • Exceptional customer service skills with 3-5 years of experience in car sales.
    • Negotiating skills with finance and trade-in experience.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
    • Hands-on work ethic.
