Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the SVP’s agenda, prioritize complex and time-sensitive matters.
• Conduct daily briefings, review documents for approval, track ongoing activities.
• Arrange meetings, appointments, travel, and visits, ensuring optimal use of the SVP’s time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the SVP’s office.
• Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support special projects through research, data gathering, and coordination across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• At least 5 years supporting senior leaders, VVIP offices, or high-level executives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate what needs to be done.
• Strong planner and organizer with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
