Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track all company expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile expense reports with receipts and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary expense documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all expense-related documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Expenses Assistant or in a similar accounting role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
