Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert real estate consultation and advice to a diverse client base.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities in the off-plan and secondary property markets.
- Manage comprehensive client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
- Stay continuously updated with market trends, property listings, and real estate regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant, with a strong preference for UAE market knowledge.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the Dubai and Sharjah real estate markets.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
