Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with all international export control regulations and trade sanctions.
- Manage and execute comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for partners and customers.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments pertaining to export activities and customer due diligence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies and procedures for export control and KYC.
- Provide expert guidance and training to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Collaborate effectively with legal, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure compliant international operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in export control, trade compliance, or KYC.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including EU and US export controls.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative member of a diverse, international team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a distinct advantage.
