Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of fabrication processes for lithium-ion battery components.
• Assist in optimizing manufacturing workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Support the assembly and testing of battery solutions, ensuring adherence to global standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on new product development and continuous improvements.
• Participate in maintaining ISO certified quality, environmental, and OH&S management systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fabrication machinery and processes.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering background (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for production challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of fabrication principles and manufacturing processes.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
